Reuben Watt

Lead Consultant

Hi there! My name is Reuben. I have been with iChurch since 2020 and I love being able to help churches develop their online presence.
During my day job, I am a Nuclear Security Design Support Officer for EDF Energy and have a degree in Ethical Hacking which I put to good use with iChurch.
I have been an Elder at my local URC and, like Dan, a former URC Youth Assembly Moderator.

Dan Morrell

Hey! I’m Dan. I’ve been working with iChurch since 2020, whilst running my business, Media for Ministry, helping churches use digital to further their ministry and mission. I wrapped that up in late 2023 and now work as Flight Safety Officer for a UK airline, but love being part of iChurch which continues to thrive providing online presences for churches. In my spare time, I love playing Ultimate Frisbee, my guitar, and football refereeing. I was URC Youth Assembly Moderator in 2017-18.

Hannah Fleming-Hill

Hello, my name is Hannah. I recently joined the iChurch team and I love helping churches use digital tools to share their message and build community online.
For my day job, I work for the Baptist Union of Great Britain within the Faith and Society team but have just graduated with an MA in Digital Theology and I really value working ecumenically, and enjoy supporting churches and charities in their digital engagement. I am also a trustee for my church as well as an ecumenical youth charity and enjoy creating content that encourages Christians to live out their faith in everyday life.

Daniel Raddings

Hello,

My name is Daniel Raddings, and I work as a Production Technician based here in Yorkshire.

I’ve been working with IChurch since the beginning of 2025 and I am involved in the United Reformed Church (URC) in many different ways.

As a technician, I possess the digital skills needed to support churches with their mission.

Jessica Gough

Hiya, I’m Jess! I’ve been at iChurch since the start of 2026 and have also been quite involved with URC Youth for the past couple years.
I’m currently studying software development at college and absolutely love all things technical – I look forward to helping churches develop their digital presence! In my free time, I volunteer for an internet radio station and enjoy playing games online.
